Madison Agrey ~ Instructor

Madison’s relationship with yoga began when she was fifteen years old. Her first experience of the practice was very confronting and uncomfortable. She continued to attend because she could see that there was something rich within this struggle. From the very beginning, yoga has helped Madison to lay the foundation for the intimate relationship she has continued to nurture and grow within herself. She graduated from her first yoga training in 2014 and has since completed over 100 hours of additional training in yin, prenatal and advanced teachings. In her classes, Madison uses the asana as a moving meditation. Students are encouraged to observe their inner landscape with curiosity and then allow and welcome what is arising with warmth and compassion. As well as teaching yoga, Madison is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, plant-lover, book-reader and nature-explorer. For more information visit www.madisonagrey.com
